Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from our distribution centers to your door.

You will receive an email with your order number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase online.

●Please allow 6-9 business days for delivery of your hands.
●Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.
●We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

Return Policy
It is our duty to offer you complete satisfaction .  You should contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us should be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
 
If you want to return items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost handling charges are non-refundable.
 
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
 
 
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 12 days of the original order dispatch. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you have to return your items for a exchange* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
 
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned to you.
 
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage such as the shipping and handling cost for shipping the exchanged items back to us. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as soon as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. 

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treaded in accordance with our return policy.
